Alex Segovia leads product, methodology and the international market.

Fifteen years building performance systems inside clubs, academies and national teams. Now building the systems that make them last.

With a degree in Sports Science and a Master's in football conditioning and injury rehabilitation, his 15+ year career spans three continents, in professional clubs, national teams and elite academies in Spain, Turkey, Hungary, Qatar and Singapore.

The field. Spanish grassroots football and performance roles at professional clubs in Turkey and Hungary, including a Turkish Super Cup (2020).

The methodology. Responsible for long-term athletic development (LTAD) at Aspire Academy (Qatar), author of a book chapter and international courses on the subject.

The leadership. Head of Performance roles organizing departments alongside sporting and executive leadership, with executive education in football administration (AFC Academic Centre of Excellence) and leadership (FOCUS Sports Business School).

The federation. Work at national level with the Football Association of Singapore, applying the same methodology beyond a single club.

His connection with Korean football predates the company: speaker in Seoul for the Korean football physical coaches federation in 2020 and 2023. That experience, building systems that keep working when people change, is the foundation of SportSync.
