Refund Policy

This policy describes your right of withdrawal and refund conditions, in accordance with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법).
1. Right of withdrawal (7 days)
As a consumer, you may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date or the date the service becomes available, under Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
2. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may be limited when the service has already been fully provided, or when digital content has started to be used with your express consent, provided you were informed of this limitation in advance.
3. Discovery
The Discovery session (€150) is fully refundable if requested before the session has taken place and within the 7-day period. Once the session has been held, the amount is non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at hello@sportsync.pro with your name, the product and the purchase date. As payment is processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record), an approved refund is issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
5. Timelines
Once approved, refunds are normally issued within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
