2. Data we collect

We collect only the data we need:

• Contact form data: name, email, organisation, role, service of interest and your message.
• Aggregated, anonymous usage data via Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify users.
• If you make a purchase, payment data is handled by Paddle; SportSync does not store your card details.

3. Purpose of processing

• Respond to your enquiries and manage our relationship.
• Provide and manage the services you purchase.
• Analyse site usage in aggregate to improve it.

4. Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, given when you submit the form, and where necessary to perform a contract with you.

5. Retention period

We keep contact form data until you request deletion or the relationship is no longer necessary. Transaction records are kept for the periods required by Korean e-commerce law.

6. Processors and third parties

We do not sell your data. To provide the service we rely on the following processors:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment processing (Merchant of Record).
• Notion Labs, Inc. — enquiry and content management.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
• Plausible Insights OÜ — cookieless analytics.

7. International data transfer

Some providers are located outside South Korea (e.g. the US or EU). By using the form or making a purchase, you consent to the transfer of strictly necessary data to those providers to deliver the service, with appropriate safeguards.

Under PIPA, you may request access, correction, deletion and suspension of processing of your data by writing to hello@sportsync.pro.
