1. Acceptance

Any purchase implies full acceptance of these terms. We recommend reading them before each transaction.

2. Services and products

SportSync offers two types of service:

• Consulting and support services (such as Assessment 360, Transform or Evolve): their scope and price are agreed individually through a tailored proposal for each client, with no public rate.
• Digital products and services: purchased directly on the site, at the price shown on each product’s page.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Paddle based on the buyer’s country. SportSync may change prices; the price in effect at the time of purchase applies.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. SportSync does not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Services are provided on the agreed date after payment confirmation. Digital products, if any, are delivered by download or online access after payment.

6. Cancellation and refund

The right of withdrawal and refund conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy, in accordance with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

7. Liability

SportSync provides its services with due diligence but does not guarantee specific results, as these depend on factors specific to each organisation.

8. Changes

SportSync may update these terms; the version published at the time of purchase applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to applicable consumer protection regulations.
